Description

Fostering Dialogue

Bougie Birch creates immersive workshops that merge Indigenous storytelling with hands-on crafting. We challenge stereotypes, foster inclusive cross-cultural dialogue, and connect participants with the living history of our land. By blending tradition with modern methods, we inspire deeper cultural understanding and drive meaningful steps toward reconciliation.

Join us for an upcoming public workshop led by Wahta Mohawk artist and educator Ashley Clark to craft your own dreamcatcher.

Delve into the significance of dreamcatchers in Indigenous cultures and engage in open discussions about Indigenous lived experiences. Explore topics including reconciliation, cultural appreciation, decolonization, and Indigenous teachings. Bring your creativity and questions, and join us for camaraderie, laughter, and new friendships.

Workshops take 1.5-2 hours and are suitable for ages 8 years and up. All materials are provided as part of your registration.
